Assessments and marking

• All assessments are to be completed and emailed to tutors (apart from quizzes which are completed on the website in one sitting and graded immediately).

•  Constructive feedback from our qualified and highly trained tutors should not take more than 7 working days.

Grading

• One should obtain an average of 70% as overall to all graded assessments to complete the course

Certification

• Upon completion of the course (done all the modules, passed all the tasks and met all the standard requirements) you will then get a soft copy of your TEFL certificate.

• Please note: Hard copies will only be sent to individuals on request (within South Africa). There is a charge for courier services, the fee will depend on the delivery location and the urgency.

• Please make sure you provide correct personal details that you want to appear on the certificate. Also provide correct contact information and address in order to receive the certificate.
